This document sets out all the terms governing use of the ba442 platform. Please read it in full before registering an account.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ba442 platform ("Platform") and its users ("User" or "you"). By accessing the ba442 website or creating an account, you express your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

- The combined total of the bonus and the deposit must meet a 20x wagering requirement.
- The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- The bonus can be used once only and is non-transferable.
- If evidence of fraudulent use of the bonus is found, it will be forfeited.
6.2 Other Promotions

- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- ba442 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.3 VIP Program
The ba442 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on your overall activity and contribution to the platform.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy
ba442 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently tested and certified.
7.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error causes an abnormal game result or payment, ba442 reserves the right to void that transaction. ba442 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical errors.
7.3 Betting Limits
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on the relevant game page. ba442 reserves the right to change betting limits for any user.
7.4 Game Interruption
If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, resuming the game will continue from the last saved state. If the game cannot be recovered, the amount wagered will be returned to the wallet.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba442 platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
- Bonus abuse — such as creating an account solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
